When Will My Order Be Processed?
We’re committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we’ll ship your glasses within 1-3 business days.
For custom lens products, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, your glasses will ship within 5-12 business days.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We provide FREE standard shipping on orders over $69.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 14 days for free.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?
- Free standard shipping: Free for orders over $69.
- Prescription lenses production time: Orders requiring prescription lenses will need an additional 3-5 business days for production.

How Can I Track My Order?

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.
