We’re committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we’ll ship your glasses within 1-3 business days.


Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We provide FREE standard shipping on orders over $30.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days for free.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. During peak seasons or major sales events, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

All packages are shipped via trusted international postal and courier services. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Delays

How Can I Track My Order?
There are several ways to track your order:

  1. Log in to your Dollger Account to view your order and tracking information.
  2. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.

If you can’t track your order using the above methods, please contact our Customer Service Team. Be sure to include your order number and/or the email address used when placing the order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available online.
